We provide:
● Website Development

● Management Systems
● Graphics Design
● Digital Marketing
● Wall Art Décor

Clients must provide clear requirements. Work begins after agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline. Revisions may be limited based on the project agreement.

● A deposit (usually 50%) is required before project commencement
● Full payment is due upon completion and approval
● Late payments may delay delivery or incur fees
● No refunds will be issued once access has been granted unless required by law.

All custom designs and code developed by Joanita Designs remain the company’s property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

All client information and project details are treated confidentially. We will not disclose any data without your written consent.

Clients are responsible for:
● Providing timely feedback
● Supplying accurate content (text, images, etc.)
● Approving designs within agreed timelines

Joanita Designs is not liable for:
● Losses due to misuse of the website or systems
● Third-party service issues (e.g., hosting, domains)
● Errors resulting from client-supplied content

We may update these terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.

Either party may terminate a project if agreed terms are violated. Any work completed up to the termination point must be paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
